At TRAVOCA, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If something isn’t right, our 30-day Return Policy ensures an easy, transparent process for returns and exchanges—so you can shop with confidence, every time.
Full Return Policy
- Unused and unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- A 2% handling fee applies to order cancellations or returns that are not due to product defects. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return shipping of all items.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Contact Us page and select “Non-Warranty Returns” for detailed instructions.
Return Process & Refund
- Once your return request has been submitted and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization email from TRAVOCA.
- If your return meets our policy conditions, a pre-paid FedEx return label will be emailed to you. Simply print the label and drop off your package at your nearest FedEx Drop-Off location within 14 days from the date your return authorization is issued.
- For returns not related to product defects, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You may ship the item back using the carrier of your choice and must ensure the product is safely packaged for transit.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email when your refund has been processed. This process may take up to 3–7 business days after the return has been delivered to our facility.
- Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Term & Service
All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are ultimately subject to TRAVOCA’s discretion, with the goal of providing the best possible experience for our customers. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Any signs of product misuse, modification, or physical damage may result in rejection of the return request. Instances of potential fraud, abuse of the return process, or excessive/unreasonable return activity may also lead to refusal of future transactions or returns.
In certain cases, TRAVOCA may request additional information—including proof of purchase or personal identification—for verification purposes. Details on how we collect, use, and protect such information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
If TRAVOCA approves a refund outside the standard 30-day return window, or in situations where a valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, the refund may be issued in the form of a gift card or handled in accordance with applicable local laws.
