What kind of shipping method does TRAVOCA use?
All eCoolers, Batteries, and Solar Panels are shipped via FedEx Ground within the contiguous 48 United States only.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
We understand that carrier delays can occasionally occur. In some cases, carriers may mark a package as “Delivered” while it is still out for delivery. Typically, the package will arrive within the next 4 business days.
If more than 4 business days have passed since your order was marked as delivered, and you still haven’t received your package after checking the surrounding area of your delivery address, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
Can i change address information on my current order?
